TEAM LEADER IN REFUGE ? JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated candidate who believes in developing
people?s strengths. As the leader of a team of Refuge Support
Workers, you will provide your team with guidance and support, and
ensure that the organisation is positioned to deliver effective
support services to women and children impacted by Domestic Violence.
REQUIREMENTS
* Must have minimum of a BA in applied social studies e.g., social
care or social studies and must be working as a qualified practitioner
for more than 5 years
* To have at least 3 years? experience of working with victims of
domestic abuse.
* Demonstrable experience of supervising and supporting staff,
students, trainees in your roles working with adults/ children and
young people.
* Proven experience in networking and establishing relationships
with agencies and key professionals, as well as developing services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This position is full time and funded by Tusla, the Child and Family
Agency
NUMBER OF HOURS **Apply on the website**.5 hours per week Monday to
Friday (flexible working may be required outside of normal working
hours)
ON CALL: One Week in Four (a separate additional payment is paid for
this role)-this work will form part of your core contract
FIXED TERM CONTRACT: 1-year initially FTC and permanent after 1 year
